You're protected for 14 days after delivery on every order paid via Stripe:
- Item never arrives: no carrier delivery scan within 14 days → full auto-refund.
- Item not as described: condition, edition, or grade doesn't match the listing → open a dispute, seller has 48h to respond.
- Damaged in transit: arrived damaged despite protective packaging → we adjudicate and refund if seller is at fault.
- Wrong item: you got a different card than what was listed → full refund on return.
