Dragon’s Claw Cards — Marketplace Terms (Draft)
By creating an account and using this site, you agree to the following:
1) Age / eligibility
You confirm you are allowed to use this service in your location. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian should supervise purchases and meetups.
2) Prohibited items & fraud
No counterfeit cards, altered cards presented as authentic, stolen goods, scam attempts, harassment, or chargeback fraud.
3) Listings must be accurate
You are responsible for accurate photos, descriptions, condition, and grading claims. Misleading listings may be removed.
4) Local meetups
Meetups are between users. Choose public locations and use common sense. Dragon’s Claw Cards is not responsible for meetups, disputes, or safety outcomes.
5) Enforcement
We may remove listings or restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
6) Data
Account and listing data is stored using Firebase services for site functionality.
