- Browse the marketplace. Use the search bar or hit the Filters button to narrow by TCG, condition, grade, price range, etc. Sold listings are in a separate "Sold archive" tab.
- Check the listing page. See full photos, condition, grading, seller's review history, and shipping details before buying.
- Buy now or make an offer. Hit Buy to go to Stripe checkout (no fees for buyers, ever). If the seller enabled offers, you can negotiate.
- Add to cart. Combine multiple items from the same seller — many sellers offer free shipping over a threshold like $25.
- Track your order. Find every order you've placed in Orders. You'll get email updates as the seller ships and the package moves.
Buyer protection: If a seller doesn't ship within 14 days, your payment auto-refunds. If a card arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, open a dispute on the order page within 7 days of delivery.
Selling
Posting your first listing, the fee structure, and how to get paid.
- Set up once. In Settings: add your ship-from address (required) and connect Stripe payouts (5 minutes via the official Stripe flow).
- Hit "Sell". Photograph the card front + back, fill in name/condition/price. Use the auto-pricing button to pull live PriceCharting / TCGPlayer data.
- Pick shipping. Plain envelope (no tracking, ~$0.68) for cheap cards, USPS Ground Advantage (~$4-5, $100 insurance) for $5-$50 cards, Priority Mail for high-value.
- Post. Listing goes live immediately on the marketplace.
- Wait for a sale. When someone buys, you get an email + the order shows in Orders.
- Ship within 3 business days. Hit "Buy shipping label" — we generate a USPS label and the cost is auto-deducted from your payout. (Hard deadline: an order not shipped within 14 days is automatically refunded to the buyer.)
- Get paid. Stripe deposits your net payout on a tiered schedule — 14 days after the sale for new sellers, 10 days once Established, 7 days once Verified.
Fees: 10% marketplace fee, capped at $75 per sale. Premium members pay 7% with a $50 cap. Stripe's payment-processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) is deducted from your payout, the same as eBay, TCGplayer, and Whatnot. Selling a $3,000 grail? Your marketplace fee is capped at $75 — eBay would charge around $387.
Shipping
All shipping is USPS — most reliable for cards. Pick the level that matches the value.
- Plain envelope · no tracking — ~$0.68 stamp. Best for cards under ~$5. You buy your own stamp at any post office; we don't sell this label.
- USPS Ground Advantage — ~$4-5, 2-5 days, $100 insurance included. Best for cards $5-$50.
- USPS Priority Mail — ~$8-10, 1-3 days, $100 insurance free. Best for cards $50-$500.
- USPS Priority Express — ~$25, overnight. For grails or rush orders.
Free shipping over $X: Sellers can offer free shipping when a buyer's combined cart from them hits a threshold (e.g. $25+). Set the default in
Settings; override per-listing in the sell flow.
Disputes & Refunds
Built-in resolution flow. The seller has 48h to respond before you can escalate to admin.
- Open a dispute. On the order page (Orders), click "Problem with this order?" Pick a reason (not received, damaged, etc.) and describe the issue.
- Seller responds (within 48h). They can offer a full refund (auto-processed), partial refund, reship, or decline.
- You accept or escalate. If the seller's offer works for you, hit "Accept seller's offer" — the refund processes instantly. If not, "Escalate to admin" notifies us.
- Admin reviews. Within ~24-48h, we step in and force-resolve based on evidence.
48h auto-escalation: If the seller doesn't respond within 48 hours of your dispute, it auto-escalates to admin review. You don't have to wait around.
Account & Profile
- Change username: Account → Edit Profile. One change per 30 days (admins bypass).
- Profile picture: Click the avatar bubble at the top of your account page. JPG/PNG, square works best.
- Store / business name: Settings → ship-from section. Shows on your shipping labels instead of your personal name.
- Bio: Edit Profile modal on Account. Visible on your public profile + listings.
- Notifications: Settings → Notifications. Order updates always on; messages/offers togglable.
- Delete account: Settings → Danger zone. Listings, collection, reviews, profile all wiped. Open orders + Stripe payouts still process normally.
Premium Membership
$9.99/month. Cancel anytime.
